The Loyola Grand Villas
The Loyola Grand Villas is a residential community that provides an alternative route for motorists coming from Marikina and San Mateo going to Quezon City. It is near educational institutions like Miriam. Ateneo, and the University of the Philippines as well as the UP Town Center. It is a plush community similar to Beverly Hills in New York because it is home to some celebrities. It was said that Claudine Barreto and her husband Raymart Santiago owned a unit here as well as Jericho Rosales and his Filipino-Australian model wife Kim Jones. If you are lucky, you might be able to spot them along the way on one of your rides or when going to work. There is an open area for bikers at the end of the village enroute to Tumana.
